Private Client Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney / Senior Associate Attorney – Boca Raton or West Palm Beach, FL

Direct Counsel is seeking a Private Client Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney or Senior Associate Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sophisticated trusts and estates matters to join a highly regarded Private Client practice in Florida, with offices in Boca Raton or West Palm Beach.

Ideal candidates will have experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning and administration, including succession planning, lifetime giving, retirement asset planning, charitable giving, and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies. Candidates should have strong knowledge of relevant state and federal tax laws.

This role offers a hybrid work schedule, providing flexibility with two remote days per week, while also fostering collaboration with the broader Private Client team.Responsibilities

Advise clients on complex trusts and estates matters, including tax and succession planning

Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and related instruments

Support estate and trust administration matters

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including corporate, tax, and probate specialists

Handle client communication and strategic planning with a high level of professionalismRequirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in sophisticated private client matters, including trusts and estates

Strong written, verbal, and client service skills

Team-oriented with ability to work independently and proactively

Member of the Florida State Bar in good standing (required)Additional Information
