Job Summary:

The role of Software Engineer involves driving innovation in software and applications, solving complex problems, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance business features and automation in airline operations.
Responsibilities:
• Drive implementation of software through analysis and design activities for new business features or value-based enhancements to existing software.
• Collaborate with various internal teams like architecture, infrastructure operations, cyber security, and others to implement architecture that encompass broad perspectives and requirements.
• Automate build, test, and deploy code and build pipelines.
• Build testing automation and associated processes (Unit test coverage, testing automation, pipeline automation, code scanning, etc.) into the software product.
• Work in an agile team environment to iteratively deliver value.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelors in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience
• Previous work experience as a Software Engineer with 2-4 years’ experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience supporting REACT User Interfaces
• Hands-on experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js.
• Experience in Figma Design System development and implementation.
• Cloud Native development experience preferably on AWS.
• Experience designing and building Graph QL and REST API’s
• Experience with AWS Services including but not limited to API gateway, Lambda, Step functions, AppSync, Dynamo DB, ECS and EKSCI/CD experience (Jenkins preferred)
• Rational database and NQ SQL database development and modeling
