**Description**
Seeking a dedicated individual to join our blade department. Operators will be responsible for loading and unloading materials to the production line, machine operation, sanding and grinding.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform general production and fabrication tasks
+ Safely operate hand tools and power tools such as sanders and grinders
+ Perform material handling tasks
**Top Skills Details**
+ Experience in sanding or grinding
+ Ability to accurately use tape measure
+ Mechanically inclined
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in metalworking or fabrication
+ Experience in saw operation, carpentry, manufacturing, or construction

**Work Environment**
Very clean, very quiet work environment but will be working with other team members. Will be required to be on their feet for long hours while grinding.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $49920.00/yr.
medical, dental, vision and 401K (starting after 90 days)
