X-Golf Ashburn is redefining the bar experience.

As a premier eatertainment destination, we combine cutting-edge golf simulation with an energetic bar and dining atmosphere. We’re looking for Bartenders who can also step into a service role when needed, supporting the full guest experience across the floor.

This role is for someone who thrives behind the bar but understands that great hospitality extends beyond it.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and beverages with consistency and speed

• Engage guests at the bar while maintaining a high-energy, welcoming atmosphere

• Support table service as needed, including taking orders and delivering food

• Recommend drinks and menu items to enhance the overall experience

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar

• Assist with overall front-of-house operations during busy shifts

• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of bartending experience preferred

• Comfortable supporting both bar and floor service

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and beverage service

• Outgoing personality with strong guest engagement skills

• Ability to stay organized and efficient in high-volume environments

• Team-oriented and dependable

Bonus Points

• Serving experience

• Alcohol certification (TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol, etc.)

• Experience in entertainment-driven or high-energy venues

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
