A leading educational organization is hiring a UX/UI Designer to support their innovative team. The position is remote out of region, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful digital experiences.

UX/UI Designer Responsibilities:

Develop user-centered design solutions for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.

Lead and present design concepts, articulating the rationale behind choices to stakeholders and leadership.

Contribute to establishing and maintaining design standards, patterns, and system components based on research and best practices.

Incorporate accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles to enhance usability across devices and user needs.

UX/UI Designer Qualifications:

Portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs demonstrating your process and collaboration.

Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or Digital Design; MFA or advanced degrees are a plus.

Over 7 years of experience in product or user experience design within relevant industries.

Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Axure, or Penpot.

Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability principles.

Proven success leading multiple design efforts and working within Agile environments.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to translate user needs into engaging, accessible experiences.
