As the Production Superintendent, you will: Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to succeed.Drive production performance and ensure plant goals are consistently achieved.

Manage departmental budgets with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.Promote a strong safety culture and champion ongoing process improvements across the operation.

Requirements:At least 3 years of supervisory experience in wood manufacturing; green end experience strongly preferred.Strong leadership, organizational, and computer skills.A team builder who knows how to motivate, engage, and elevate performance.Bachelor’s degree preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
