Senior Java Software Developer – FinTech Platforms (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Design and build scalable, high-performance backend systems

Develop robust APIs and internal tooling

Own services end-to-end, from design through to production

Drive improvements in performance, scalability, and reliability

Collaborate on architecture and adoption of modern engineering practices

Requirements

4+ years’ experience in Java development

Strong experience with Spring / Spring Boot and RESTful services

Solid database experience (Oracle or similar)

Experience with Hibernate / JPA

Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, JMS, MQ)

Comfortable working in Linux environments

Bonus

Exposure to high-throughput, distributed systems

Experience with legacy Java stacks or application servers
