Salary Range: $89,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.

Ensure optimal equipment reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency across the facility.

Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and external vendor contracts.

Oversee all corrective maintenance, repairs, and facility infrastructure upkeep.

Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards in all maintenance activities.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.

Strong technical proficiency in industrial machinery, electrical systems, and automation controls.

Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing CMMS, preventative, and predictive maintenance programs.

Proven leadership and team development skills for maintenance personnel.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.

Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply root cause analysis techniques.

Bonus Qualifications

Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification

Experience implementing and optimizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Demonstrated experience with advanced predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography)
