Senior Accountant (Cash Operations & Forecasting)

Location: Remote (Must be local to South FL).

Salary Range: $80,000-$100,000 (Depending On Experience)

A fast-paced, high-growth SaaS company is seeking a Senior Accountant with strong expertise in cash operations, forecasting, and working capital management. This role supports global cash flow activities and partners cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and international teams in a collaborative, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily cash operations, including receipts, payments, and reconciliations

Prepare cash flow reports and forecasts (daily, short-term, and long-term)

Support audits, regulatory reporting, and U.S. GAAP cash flow statements

Maintain internal controls and cash governance processes

Analyze working capital metrics (DSO, DPO) and provide actionable insights

Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and compliance activities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA required)

5+ years of experience, preferably in SaaS or high-volume environments

Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, cash operations, and forecasting

Experience with international entities and multiple currencies

Background in SOX compliance and public accounting preferred

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
