2nd and 3rd Shift Production Associates

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking dedicated 2nd and 3rd Shift Production Associate to join their dynamic team. As a 2nd and 3rd Shift Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 2nd and 3rd Shift Production Associates

Location: Decatur, AL

Pay Range: $20.00/hour

Shifts available: 2nd shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

What's the Job?

Safely operate machinery to support production processes

Read and interpret factory orders to ensure accurate setup and execution

Set up orders, including carrying tooling as needed

Utilize basic shop math, such as reading tape measures, gauges, and testing equipment

Conduct consistent quality and count inspections to maintain product standards

Ability to work overtime as required to meet production demands

Stable work history with good attendance record

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Credential requirements: 100041, 100035

Willingness to follow safety protocols and quality procedures
