Position Summary - Entry Level Leadership Roles.

Logistics This role is designed as a developmental role to help prepare individuals for a career and pathway in logistics leadership.

Individuals with a passion for supply chain and logistics and a willingness to learn, to be curious, and to have a great attitude should consider this opportunity.

This role can lead to other opportunities in operations leadership as well as other supply chain functions with our business.

This role will help an individual become a front-line leader with the ability to lead a team, have crucial conversations, and navigate through department situations.

Hours for this role are Monday to FRiday 4 10s 345pm to 215am and overtime as needed.

What skills to bring to the job: A willingness to learn and grow in leading a team of associates, handling crucial conversations, and navigating and supporting operational leaders.

High level of credibility in advising partners and brands for operational excellence, now and for evolving business needs.

Job Responsibilities * Assists Supervisor in planning and organizing department goals by understanding priorities and takes a proactive approach to the flow of work and managing hours in department * Effectively communicates with Supervisor and Associates both orally and in writing * Partners with Supervisor to assist Associates in building a team environment through strong floor performance and maintains a positive professional behavior at all times * Possesses common knowledge of all DC systems, ensuring Associates follow procedures and provides performance feedback to Supervisor * Key person in coordinating the training of current and new hire Associates Click here for benefit details related to this position.

Minimum Salary: $21.00 VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown.

Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
