Opening:
Teacher Aide: Temporary 14-week Assignment - must be available to start in April
Flexible Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Location: Dahlberg Gibson Learning Center in Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: $18.00 / hour
What You'll Do:
Assist Intervention Specialists with daily classroom activities.
Support the implementation of IFSP/IEP goals.
Gain hands-on experience observing and supporting developmental progress.
Interact with children through activities such as puzzles, painting, music, and sensory play.
Learn best practices in behavior support, classroom safety, and early childhood development.
Support children with daily routines such as arrival/departure, hand-washing, tooth-brushing, toileting, and meals.
Collaborate with licensed professionals and multidisciplinary team members.
Adapt to new teaching methods and instructional strategies.
Step into various classroom roles depending on need, giving you a broad range of experience.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma
