Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Remote Data Entry Specialist to effectively input, update, and manage data within our digital systems. This role demands a keen eye for accuracy, fast typing skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across various company databases and systems
Review and validate data to detect errors, inconsistencies, or missing details
Perform periodic audits and resolve any data discrepancies
Efficiently organize and manage digital files and records
Generate reports and assist with basic data analysis as needed
Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive data at all times
Collaborate with team members to resolve any data-related issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred)
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar capacity
Typing speed of 40–60+ WPM with excellent accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while working remotely
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
