We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to support daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role plays a key part in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring company policies are followed.
Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process (post jobs, screen candidates, schedule interviews)
Onboard new employees and handle orientation
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and timekeeping
Address employee concerns and support conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Support performance management and training programs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
