Job Description
We're seeking a Jr Project Manager to support one of our high-growth clients operating in the hyperscale data center and mission critical construction space. This team is known for delivering complex, fast-paced projects that demand precision, coordination, and technical awareness. You’ll gain exposure to large-scale builds while working alongside experienced leaders who prioritize development and accountability.
Objective
Assist in managing data center construction projects by supporting coordination, cost tracking, and technical alignment from early planning through execution.
Key Responsibilities
Support project coordination including scheduling updates, documentation, and communication across teams
Assist with cost tracking and reporting using internal systems and cost management tools
Contribute to estimating efforts and scope review during early project phases
Work with field and engineering teams to ensure alignment between schematics and installation
Utilize project platforms to track progress, updates, and deliverables
Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in construction or project support roles
Exposure to hyperscale data center or mission critical environments preferred
Associate’s degree preferred in Construction, Engineering, or related field
Background in electrical construction or related technical discipline
Familiarity with cost management tools such as Spectrum or similar systems
Experience with Primavera P6 or scheduling tools is a plus
Knowledge of VDC/BIM concepts and tools such as Revit
Ability to read and interpret schematics and construction documents
