Experienced Analysts with attention to detail, proficiency in data management tools, and ability to manage and reconcile large datasets across multiple systems.

This is a remote role.

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of applicable experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel - advanced formulas, pivot tables; Experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred) Ability to manage and reconcile large datasets across multiple systems Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners Process improvement mindset with experience identifying inefficiencies and driving operational enhancements Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Basic understanding of data governance, metadata management, and system integrations preferred Preferred: Detailed working knowledge of course material distribution landscape in the Higher Education market Exposure to data analysis tools (such as Power BI, Tableau or Alteryx) Experience using Business Intelligence queries or SQL
