Job Description*:

Expertise in custom widget development using AngularJS (1.x).

Hands on experience working with Page Designer, Theme Builder, and Portal configuration.

Building mobile responsive portals with optimized load performance.

#Employee Center & Content Experience:

Strong knowledge of Employee Center (EC) Core/Pro, Workspace Experiences, and Unified Navigation.

Experience with Content Publishing Applications, Content Collections, Topics, and Content Automation.

#Frontend Technologies:

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES5+), HTML5, SCSS, and Bootstrap.

Skilled in responsive design, accessibility best practices, and UX aligned UI implementation.

S ServiceNow APIs & Scripting:

Strong command over:

GlideRecord (server-side database operations)

GlideAjax (client-to-server async calls)

GlideForm / g_form (client-side form manipulation)

REST APIs (integration + custom resource design)

h Service Catalog Development:

Expertise in building Catalog Items, Record Producers, Order Guides.

Working with variable sets, UI policies, catalog UI scripts, and user-friendly form layouts.

i Security & Customization:

Familiarity with ACLs, Data Policies, and Contextual Security.

Understanding of Encryption Context and platform-level data protection.

r Performance & Debugging:

Skilled in:

Chrome DevTools for DOM/Network/Performance debugging

Service Portal performance optimization

Identifying slow widgets, heavy APIs, and client scripts causing lag

i Development Lifecycle & Tools:

Experience with:

Scoped Applications

Update Sets

Source Control (optional but desirable)

Following ServiceNow best practices, code reusability, and maintainable design.

s Mobile-Responsive Portal Development:

Designing and developing portals that are fully responsive, adaptable for mobile use cases, and aligned with EC UX best practices.ha.
