With operations in multiple states and a proven, client-first approach, the firm is now hiring a fully remote Associate Attorney based in Maryland to support its continued growth.

Position: Associate Attorney

Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in Maryland)

Bar Admission: Must be licensed and in good standing with the Maryland Bar

Experience: 1–2 years of litigation or negotiation experience

Key Responsibilities

Manage client matters from intake through resolution

Negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel

Handle legal issues related to financial hardship, debt collection, and tenant rights

Use the firm's Salesforce-based case management system

Collaborate with experienced attorneys and support staff

What You Won't Do

No billable hour requirements

No marketing or sales responsibilities

No client chasing or fee generation

No weekend or late-night work—standard 9-to-6 schedule

Ideal Candidate Profile

Active Maryland Bar license and residency in Maryland

1–2 years of relevant legal experience (litigation or negotiation)

Background in consumer law, financial services, or personal injury a plus

Empathetic, organized, and passionate about helping others

Fully committed to a full-time position (not running a side practice)
