About Us

Plylers, Inc. is a family-owned company that has been in business since 1992. We are looking for hard-working, self-motivated individuals who are able to work individually and in a team environment. Our team members travel throughout the United States to provide preventative HVAC cleaning services to commercial customers. Our team members travel for 10-12 days at a time, and enjoy 5-6 days off in between trips.

Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in health insurance benefits and retirement/401(k).Technicians enjoy hourly pay that is above industry standard, as well as per diem and paid time off. For motivated and skilled workers, career advancement takes place rapidly.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Position Requirements:

Required to pass physical assessment and drug testing

Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Records check to obtain driving privileges

Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License, subject to continuous review

Able and willing to work in varying weather conditions

Ability to work 12 hours per day

Most travel trips are a 10-day requirement

Basic mathematic and writing skills

Ability to present and maintain self in a professional manner with integrity

Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written)

Must be comfortable with and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders
