Salary: $23.00

We are offering a generous sign on bonus! $500 after successfully completing six months and another $500 upon successfully completing one year at Upper Valley Services.

Upper Valley Services (UVS) is one of Vermonts designated non-profit agencies serving people with developmental disabilities and adults who are eligible for Adult Family Care.

We are seeking a Specialized Direct Support Professional

to join our Moretown Team. Provide personalized supports that may include emotional regulation, positive behavior supports, public safety, personal care, and support to engage in home, recreational, and community activities.

Candidates must have:

High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in relevant field preferred.

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities; crisis experience a plus.

Strong communication skills

Ability to work independently and with a team

Candidates will undergo background checks, must have a valid drivers license, and reliable transportation.
