Structural Steel Welder Bridge Fabrication (AWS D1.5)

Location:Sinking Spring, PA

Pay:$22$34/hour(based on experience & certifications)

Schedule:5:00 AM start 10-hour shifts -hour lunch

Facility:60,000 SFAISC Advanced Bridge Certifiedfabrication shop (growing)

Our teams fabricateLift Bridges, Railroad Bridges, Trestle Bridges, Bus Terminals, Main Spans, and Approaches, all built toAWS D1.5 Bridge Welding Codestandards.

Experience Required

2+ yearsstructural steel welding experience

Current or prior AWS welding certifications preferred(D1.1 / D1.5)

AISC fabrication shop experience preferred

Strong focus onweld quality, accuracy, and safety

Ability to work in ateam-driven, safety-first environmentSupporting continuous improvement initiatives

Key Responsibilities

Weld bridge components usingFCAW, GMAW/MIG, SAW, and SMAWin accordance withAWS D1.5 Bridge Code

Interpretweld symbols, WPSs, and shop drawings

Perform weld prep, grinding, gouging, and cleanup asrequired

Work safely withoverhead cranes, fixtures, and heavy plate assemblies

Maintain compliance withAISC, AWS, and OSHA safety standards
