Responsibilities

Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures

Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment

Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning

Communicate directly with Service Advisors to keep customers informed of recommended services

Provide accurate estimates for additional repairs

Perform warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications

5+ years of crysler Service Technician experience required

ASE Certification Preferred

A-Level experience including diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair

Strong knowledge of Chrysler vehicles and new automotive technologies

Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Basic computer skills

Positive, team-oriented attitude

Ability to learn new technologies and repair procedures

High school diploma or GED required

Valid driver’s license required
