1-Tom-Plumber NW Chicago is looking for experienced, licensed apprentices (3+ years preferred) who are eager to grow into journeyman roles. Were a fast-growing plumbing company specializing in emergency service, drains, excavation, and water treatment, and were building a team of professionals who want a long-term career.

What Youll Do:

Handle service calls alongside licensed plumbers, with opportunities to run jobs independently as your skills allow.

Perform plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, and basic installations with top-of-the-line equipment.

Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.

Maintain work vehicle and tools in excellent condition.

Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service.

What Were Looking For:

Illinois licensed apprentice plumber (3+ years of experience strongly preferred).

Strong technical skills and the ability to work efficiently under supervision.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Team-first attitude, strong communication, and customer service skills.

Must live within 30 minutes of our shop (Lake in the Hills, IL).
