Job Description

Title: Direct Support Worker

Company/Location: Kentucky River Community Care/Jenkins, KY Letcher County

Employment Type: Regular Full-Time

Credentials Required: High School diploma/GED. Have maintained a valid KY driver's license for at least the last 3 years.

Primary Duties:

Assist adult clients in everyday needs: including personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene), meals, and administrating medications.

Attend on the job training events.

Available to work a variety of shifts (including overnight in a home setting).

Cleaning of day training center.

Daily and monthly paperwork on clients.

Transport clients to medical appointments and community outings.

Shift/Days & Work Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday. Overtime as needed.
