Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care

Saint Albans, Vermont, United States

Start date 05/18/2026 for a multi-week travel assignment

Weekly pay: 1,836–1,990 per week

Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

- Provide hands-on nursing care to residents per plan of care in a long-term care setting

- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policies

- Monitor resident status, vital signs, and response to interventions; document accurately

- Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other team members to update care plans

- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility, while ensuring safety

- Report changes promptly to supervising staff and escalate concerns per policy

Requirements

- Active LPN license (Vermont) or eligibility to obtain licensure

- Graduation from an approved LPN program

- CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to start

- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred

- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills

- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including day and evening shifts
