Entry level Associate – Aerospace Manufacturing
About the Role
Are you hands on, detail driven, and eager to build a career in aerospace manufacturing? As a Production Associate, you’ll receive comprehensive on the job training across multiple departments, gaining exposure to a wide range of manufacturing processes. You’ll play a key role in producing precision aerospace components that meet the highest quality and safety standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, learning new skills, and growing within a fast paced production environment.What You’ll Do
Operate hand tools and power tools to support daily production activities
Inspect components to ensure strict quality and safety requirements are met
Assist with assembly, packing, loading, shipping, and receiving operations
Identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve production issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety focused work area
Collaborate with team members across departments to meet production goalsWhat We’re Looking For
Essential Skills
General labor or production experience
Comfort working in a physically active environment
Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety
Experience operating machines, hand tools, and power tools
Additional Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to learn and grow through hands on training
Team oriented mindset with a strong work ethic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groton, CT.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
