Packaging Associate Mon - Fri 9:00AM - 5:30PM $16.00/hr

A consumer food production and packaging operation in Decatur, IL focused on cookies is looking for Packaging Associates.

Job Requirements for Packaging Associates

Previous food grade manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Previous packaging equipment experience would be a plus

Able to follow written and verbal instructions

Able to complete mandatory food safety and general safety training

Job Responsibilities for Packaging Associates

Mixing product

Operating manufacturing machinery and equipment

Packaging product

Keep production lines supplied with packaging materials and ingredients

Use pallet jacks

Record and maintain production documentation

Follow Good Manufacturing Procedures for cleaning and sanitation
