Saw Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Saw Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various models of Band Saws, producing precision-cut products that meet exact specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with mechanical aptitude who enjoy hands-on work in a collaborative, production-focused environment.Key Responsibilities

Operate all models of Band Saws safely and efficiently

Load and unload materials as directed

Cut products to required tolerances and squareness specifications

Read and interpret job routers, blueprints, and work instructions

Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet standards

Maximize productivity while maintaining high-quality output

Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to support smooth operationsRequired Skills & Abilities

Strong mechanical aptitude

Experience operating machines or industrial equipment

Proficient with hand and power tools

Saw operation experience preferred

Basic carpentry or general labor experienceAdditional Qualifications

General machine operation or carpentry background strongly preferred

This position is available on multiple shifts to fit your lifestyle:

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (10% shift differential)

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (15% shift differential)
