We are seeking aBoard-Certified or Board-Eligible Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist tojoin our team in Dumas, Texas in a job-share capacity. This unique opportunityoffers a flexible schedule—26 weeks of coverage per year—with the ability towork autonomously in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-qualityanesthesia care across a variety of cases

Work independently andcollaborate with clinical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and timelydocumentation of anesthesia services

Support a culture of safety,quality, and continuous improvement
