Omega Construction is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field construction operations, with experience in retail/restaurant. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Do
You'll serve as the on-site leader, overseeing subcontractors, suppliers, and labor while fostering a positive team environment. Key responsibilities include coordinating and directing all field activities, managing project schedules, chairing weekly coordination and monthly safety meetings, reviewing subcontractor payment requests and as-built drawings, and ensuring all permits, licenses, and safety requirements are in place. You'll also work closely with the Project Manager on construction planning, quality control, and reporting.
What You'll Bring
Ability to read blueprints and conduct project cost analysis
Proficiency in Oracle Contract Manager and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and leadership skills
Physical ability to perform field work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Required Certifications
Current CPR/AED certification
30-hour OSHA training
Unrestricted Construction Supervisors License
LEED AP or LEED training (encouraged)
