What You’ll Do
As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll assist the Marketing Director & CEO by owning hands-on listing marketing and data projects every day:
Field Marketing & Photography
Photograph multiple apartments per day
Edit and prepare images to agency standards
Manage your own transportation between sites
Asset Creation & Office Support
Design flyers, brochures, and digital graphics in Photoshop & Canva
Assist with photo resizing, basic layout tasks, and asset creation
Sort/distribute communications and coordinate open-house logistics
Data Entry & Database Management
Pull property data from public records for ad-hoc projects
Update and maintain our internal listings database with accuracy

Mentorship & Training from our Marketing Director on photography, editing, and data projects
Work Hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM)
$30,000-$40,000/yr

Qualifications
Current college students or recent graduates (entry-level; no degree required)
Strong design portfolio demonstrating marketing-focused work
Proficient on Apple platforms (MacOS, Adobe Photoshop, Canva)
Basic photography skills with DSLR (preferred) or smartphone (framing, lighting)
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability
Creative problem-solver who thrives under pressure
Must be located in New Haven or surrounding area.
