Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Execution Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of key business and technology initiatives within a banking environment. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and drive execution from concept through implementation.
This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to the business, bridging the gap between business and technology while ensuring alignment, quality delivery, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Genesys Cloud CX, Agile delivery, and banking products—specifically within Treasury and Commercial contact center environments.
Key Responsibilities
Business Engagement & Requirements
Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand objectives and operational needs
Gather and document requirements including process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements
Advise on best practices, feasibility, risks, and cost considerations
Product Execution & Delivery
Own initiatives from ideation through delivery, ensuring alignment to timelines and priorities
Act as the primary point of contact for project status, risks, and key decisions
Collaborate cross-functionally with development, QA, architecture, and operations teams
Drive communication across stakeholders and leadership
Genesys Cloud CX Expertise
Provide functional expertise across Genesys Cloud CX including:
Call flows
Bot flows / IVA
Routing strategies
Workforce engagement
Speech analytics
Partner with technical teams to optimize customer experience and operational performance
Agile & Work Management
Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage epics, features, and user stories
Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools for tracking and transparency
Ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria and align with product vision
Strategic Enablement
Act as a strategic advisor to business partners on technology and process improvements
Mentor junior Business Analysts and promote best practices
Develop expertise in Treasury and Commercial Banking contact center processes
Qualifications
Required
5+ years of experience in product execution, business analysis, or similar roles
Experience gathering and managing both business and technical requirements
Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX (call flows, bot flows, etc.)
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tools
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Banking industry experience (Treasury or Commercial preferred)
Knowledge of contact center operations and performance metrics
Experience with customer journey mapping and CX optimization
