Litigation Paralegal

Our client is a well established national law firm with a strong Chicago litigation presence. They're looking for a paralegal with 3+ years of litigation experience to join a busy commercial litigation team and take meaningful responsibility across active matters from discovery through trial.

What You'll Do

Draft correspondence, legal documents, and case materials with precision across a high-volume docket.

Collect, organize, and review records across active commercial litigation files.

Manage all phases of discovery, including e-discovery, from collection through production.

Support trial preparation including exhibit management, witness files, and courtroom logistics.

Maintain well-organized, audit-ready litigation files across multiple simultaneous matters.

Coordinate across attorneys, clients, and vendors to keep complex matters on track.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate is required, both is a plus.

3+ years of paralegal experience in a litigation setting.

Hands on e-discovery software experience.

Real trial preparation exposure, not just administrative support.

Sharp written and oral communication skills.

High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $75,000 - $120,000 depending on experience.
