Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Territory Sales Manager to lead and grow our presence in the Columbus, Ohio and surrounding markets. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in the construction industry who can quickly learn our product lines and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow the Columbus, OH territory through in-person sales calls
Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, contractors, wholesalers, and end users
Provide consistent follow-up on active and upcoming projects
Travel to customer sites to offer technical support and solutions
Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations
Generate job quotes and proposals for customers
Collaborate with internal team members and manufacturers on project execution
Qualifications
Must reside in or near the Columbus, OH area
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven ability to manage time independently and prioritize effectively
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Construction industry experience and/or engineering background is a plus
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for frequent travel within the assigned territory
