Project Engineer – Multifamily / Mixed-Use Phoenix

I am currently partnered with a top-tier multifamily developer / builder to support the growth of their Phoenix team, and we are actively looking to secure a Project Engineer.

This is a great opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of high-density residential and mixed-use projects, offering clear progression into Project Management.

The Role:

Supporting Project Managers and Superintendents across the full project lifecycle

Managing RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

Assisting with scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics

Supporting cost tracking, reporting, and change management processes

Attending client/architect meetings and contributing to project delivery

What they are looking for:

1–3 years’ experience as a Project Engineer or similar

Experience within multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial construction

Strong communication and organizational skills

Exposure to Procore or similar construction management software is a plus
