Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $45 to $52 Per Hour DOE

Responsibilities:

Manages safety metrics set up for the company (incidents, near misses, training)

Manages safety culture of field

Manages all scheduling and coordinating of activities (shutdowns, crane picks, LOTO...)

Manages for resolution of any safety related conflicts within field

Accountable to stop any unsafe work observed

Manages material logistics plan on projects for field

Ensure Field evaluations for Foreman, quarterly, at a minimum.

Perform evaluations for all trades, quarterly, at a minimum.

Develop and maintain an annual professional development plan for all field supervisors.

Mentor trades by providing direction and coaching through the project to better grow our “Team” of contractors.

Manages all Subject Matter Experts in field

Manages project recovery plans as required

Manages 6-week labor forecast

Manages the complete project labor forecast

Manages the construction schedule

Manages customer relationship in the field

Manages documentation on the project for field labor and scheduling

Manages all field initiated change orders

Manages the field proceeding on all change orders

Manages warranty calls and warranty budgets

Manages the project exit plan

Manages the closeout field documentation (punch list, as-built)

Manages the jobsite documentation

Qualifications:

Possess advanced expertise in all aspects of trade related materials, components, equipment, systems methods of installation, safety procedures, safe work practices, sizing and other calculations, use of hand and power tools

Ability to read and accurately interpret project related drawings and documentation including plans, specifications, drawings, schematics, diagrams, sketches and blueprints to ensure proper installation means and methods

Required to have Energized Electrical Work Training

Required to have minimum OSHA 10 training

Required to attend 40 hours of training per year

Competent in use of NEC (National Electrical Code) book as reference material in performing or directing the performance of work.

Physical Requirements:

Safely lift and carry maximum of 50 lbs. unassisted. Permissible weight lifting limit may increase with 1) proper use of personal protective equipment (i.e. back brace); 2) and / or adequate assistance or support by one or more trained co-workers or other individuals; and / or by other approved mechanical or engineered means.

Job may require repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers and / or prolonged periods of sitting, standing, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, lifting or walking throughout workday

Job may require exposure to or working on, near or from:

Job site conditions during inclement weather such as extreme heat, cold or precipitation

Uneven or slip prone surfaces, ditches, trenches and other types of excavations

The operating of heavy equipment, vehicular traffic and extreme noise conditions

Restricted or confined spaces such as manholes, utility tunnels, crawl spaces, attics, clean- rooms, and / or raised metal floors

Various heights by use of ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, cat walks, and other manual elevated work platforms and areas

Wearing a personal (waist) tool belt at all times while performing work on a jobsite which may weigh approximately 30 pounds when stocked

Energized electrical systems and equipment, storage containers, transmission raceways, and manufacturing equipment containing chemicals or potentially toxic materials

Pay Transparency: A reasonable estimate of the available hourly pay scale for this position is: $45 to $52. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on qualifications and other factors essential to the performance of duties and is determined by the hiring authority.
