Stripe King DFW is a pavement marking company serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We take pride in delivering high-quality striping and marking services for parking lots, roadways, and commercial properties. We are growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our crew.

Position Overview

We are hiring an entry-level Pavement Marking Laborer to join our field team. This is a hands-on, outdoor position. No prior experience is required — we will train the right person. If you're a hard worker who shows up on time and takes pride in your work, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Assist with layout and application of pavement markings, including parking lot striping, stenciling, and road markings

Operate and maintain striping equipment and hand tools

Prepare surfaces prior to application (cleaning, taping, layout)

Work safely around traffic and in various weather conditions

Follow crew lead and supervisor instructions on the job site

Load and unload equipment and materials

Drive and tow a truck and trailer to and from job sites as needed

What We're Looking For

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

Able to work outdoors in Texas heat and varying weather conditions

Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the workday

Ability and willingness to work nights and weekends as needed

Ability and willingness to travel for out-of-town projects as needed

Ability to safely operate a truck and trailer

Valid driver's license required — clean driving record required

Construction or outdoor labor experience is a plus, but not required

Must pass a background check — clean background required

Schedule & Pay

Full-time hourly position

Work schedule varies based on weather and project demands, including nights, weekends, and occasional travel

Pay: $17–$21/hour depending on experience
