What You’ll Do

● Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment

● Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development

● Implement lesson plans and daily schedules

● Build strong relationships with families

● Maintain a clean, organized classroom

● Observe and respond to each child’s individual needs

● Collaborate with your team and leadership
