Plumber Contractor

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Plumber Contractor who not only excels in the field but also brings strong leadership and training capabilities. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can oversee projects, mentor junior plumbers, and help maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial plumbing systems

Lead and oversee plumbing crews on job sites to ensure quality and efficiency

Train, mentor, and support apprentice and junior plumbers

Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company expectations

Diagnose complex plumbing issues and provide effective solutions

Review project scopes, timelines, and materials to ensure successful execution

Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and management

Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Valid Oklahoma plumbing license

5+ years of professional plumbing experience

Proven leadership or supervisory experience in the field

Experience training or mentoring apprentices or junior staff

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices

Ability to manage multiple projects and crews independently

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with both residential and commercial plumbing projects

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to handle emergency service calls or on-call rotations

Own tools and equipment
