The Chicago office of our Am Law 100 client is seeking a midlevel or senior associate or Of Counsel with 3-8+ years of finance and/or corporate transactions experience, ideally, dealing with structured finance transactions. Securitization experience is preferred. This attorney will represent both issuers and underwriters, banks, hedge funds, private equity funds, asset managers and specialty finance companies This is a great opportunity to join a growing and dynamic global Structured Finance practice group.Company Description
