Fleet Force is growing and looking for a reliable, skilled Night Shift Tire & Lube Technician to join our mobile service team. We perform on-site maintenance for fleet vehicles, eliminating downtime for our customers and providing steady, consistent work for our technicians.

Responsibilities:

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance

Inspect vehicles and identify potential issues

Service fleet vehicles including vans, pickups, and light-duty trucks

Complete jobs efficiently during overnight service windows

Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on job sites

Requirements:

Experience with tire service and oil changes (required)

Ability to work independently without supervision

Valid driver’s license (clean record preferred)

Strong work ethic and reliability

Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions

Basic mechanical knowledge

Preferred (Not Required):

ASE certifications

Experience with fleet vehicles (Transit, Promaster, etc.)

Ability to perform light diagnostics
