Job Description*:

• Perform daily operational support activities as per defined procedures.

• Monitor systems, applications, and integrations and respond to alerts/incidents.

• Log, track, and resolve operational issues within SLA timelines.

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for issue resolution.

• Support change, release, and deployment activities when required.

• Maintain operational documentation, reports, and status updates.

• Follow security, compliance, and quality standards.
