Job Description*:

We are seeking an experienced Integration Engineer with strong expertise in IBM WebSphere Message Broker (WMB) and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) / IIB, along with solid knowledge of IBM MQ.

The resource will be responsible for managing, supporting, and enhancing integration applications across production and non-production environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and operational excellence.

The role involves application management, message flow development, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support, working closely with multiple teams in a BAU and project-driven environment.

#Core Technical Skills (Mandatory):

• Strong hands-on experience with:

o IBM WebSphere Message Broker (WMB)

o IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)

• Solid experience working with IBM MQ (mandatory), including:

o Queue setup, message flows, routing, and troubleshooting

• Strong Java development skills, specifically for:

o Message routing

o Data transformation

o Custom logic within IIB/ACE flows

• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex integration flows.

#Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a banking production environment.

Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and client interaction.

Ability to follow established operational processes and compliance requirements.

#Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting IT systems in Banking / Financial Services.

Exposure to ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy).

Knowledge of DevOps pipelines (Jenkins, Git), monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana).

Axway or API management certifications (optional but beneficial).

#Shift Requirements:

Must be willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts (morning/evening/night).

Weekend or holiday coverage based on roster.

On call rotation during major releases or incidents
