This is a hands on role where you’ll be working independently in the field, while staying connected with the team.

Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Performing preventative maintenance to reduce downtime

Diagnosing issues and fixing them the right way

Repairing or replacing worn or damaged parts

Testing and adjusting equipment to make sure everything is working properly

Assisting with installs and upgrades when needed

Keeping parts and supplies organized

Communicating with store teams about repairs and timingWhat we’re looking for

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Hands on experience with electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Someone who can work independently and manage their time

Reliable, accountable, and safety focused

HVAC experience is a plus, but not required. If you’ve got solid maintenance experience and are willing to learn, we want to hear from you.A few things to know
