-Filling of documents and vouchers
-Preparing inter-office memo regarding employees loan
-Checking of timesheet for weekly events payroll
-Encoding of checks and vouchers
-Perform filing and take charge for the office supplies needs
-Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
-Male or female, not more than 35 years old
-Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
-Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

-skilled in both verbal and written communication
