SUMMARY

The Confluence Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation and continuous enhancement of the Confluence financial reporting platform for the Financial Administration Department.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assists with development and review of workflows, processes, and procedures around technology solution for financial reporting.

Creates and maintains financial templates, workbooks, tailored shareholder reports, and publishing outputs.

Reviews final output for data accuracy and formatting.

Assists financial administration team with troubleshooting and reporting production.

Completes off-schedule projects and ad hoc reporting when needed.

Provides training to junior associates on department workflow processes and performs limited preliminary product review on work to ensure adherence to department guidelines. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Contact as needed with vendor regarding general information, resolution of issues, inquiries, or reporting requirements.

Contact with members of financial administration team, project team, and Confluence support team regarding follow-up on inquiries, open workflow, etc.

Acts as first level of escalation point for issues and problems; resolves where appropriate to provide effective support. May perform other duties as required and assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or related field.

2+ years of experience with mutual fund accounting, fund administration, or another relevant field.

Experience with Confluence or another financial reporting application. KNOWLEDGE

Financial services industry, including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and other securities.

US GAAP financial statements.

Microsoft Office Suite.

Adobe Acrobat. SKILLS AND ABILITIES
