Essential duties + responsibilities
Contracts and Budgets
Create Contract and Non-contract proposals
Process Change Orders
Oversee annual contract renewals
Manage insurance certificate requests
Union Compliance
Prepare union reconciliation worksheets
Serve as point on contact between union and company teams
Create monthly union journal entries
IT Support
Provide IT support and trouble shooting
Setup and maintain IT related equipment
Performs other tasks as assigned
Knowledge, Experience + Special Skills
*Required
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills*
MS Office - Microsoft Word & Excel experience required*
Desire to complete client and internal requests with speed, efficiency, and accuracy
Must possess a positive attitude*
