The Waste Sorting Associate is responsible for sorting plastic materials and general waste in a fast-paced environment. This role requires continuous movement and attention to detail to ensure proper separation of recyclable and non-recyclable materials. The position plays a key role in maintaining efficiency, cleanliness, and environmental compliance within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort plastic materials and general waste items accurately according to company guidelines

Continuously move along sorting lines or designated areas to keep up with workflow

Identify and separate recyclable materials from non-recyclable waste

Remove contaminants from sorting streams to maintain quality standards

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment

Report any hazards, equipment issues, or irregularities to supervisors

Pay Rate : $14.50/HourRequirements:

Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for extended periods

Capable of lifting, bending, and reaching throughout the shift

Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment

Schedule:

6:00AM-6:00PM

6:00PM-6:00AM

Pay Rate : $14.50/Hour
