Role Overview

Work directly with leadership to support client acquisition and growth initiatives

Identify and engage prospective clients through outreach and relationship-building

Assist in managing the pipeline from initial contact to conversion

Contribute to strategies that improve client acquisition and retention

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound outreach (email, messaging, referrals, etc.)

Communicate value proposition clearly to prospective clients

Track leads, interactions, and conversion progress

Support onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition

Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance
