The Role

As a Senior Billing Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for resolving escalated billing issues, driving process improvements, and ensuring revenue integrity across the organization. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Support — making this role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own and resolve high-level billing issues and discrepancies

Oversee revenue recognition in compliance with accounting standards

Reconcile accounts and transactions across Salesforce and NetSuite

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Finance teams

Identify and lead process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Proven experience as a Senior Billing or Revenue Specialist

Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce, and Excel

Strong analytical skills with sharp attention to detail

Full-Time
